To apply please inquire with Lindsay@tinkbird.com 919-473-6998- can call or text!Please see details and how to apply below.Brief overview of job:Provide best care to critically ill patients and families in the ICU; must posses and use quick problem solving and critical thinking skills; must be able to work and provide care independently and with a team; ICU/Critical Care experience is essential; requires current state license, BLS and ACLS (AHA); ventilator experience.Weekly Travel Stipend: Local Candidates only Dates of Coverage: 07/05/2021 - 08/29/2021, 3 shifts a weekHours each day: 12.5 hour shift 6:45am-7:15pmOn Call schedule: NADegree Requested: RNExperience requested: Previous ICU hospital experience preferred.Specialty: ICU Certifications Required: BLS and ACLSLicense note: Missouri is not a compact state, MO License requiredEMR/EHR system: Epic Age Range: Adult Patients Job Duties:An ICU nurse is responsible for closely observing patients, noting specific procedures and prescribed medication for each case; assisting doctors in providing physical assessments and administering treatments; monitoring vital signs and ensuring the proper functions of feeding tubes, ventilators, catheters and other life support equipment; attending to the patients overall needs, such as feeding, bathing and grooming, dressing replacement, medication intake, and comfort.Specific Dress Code: ScrubsPhone/Video interview before confirmation: Phone interview Facility Timeline: ASAPHiring Process: Phone, 1 day, unpaid 8 hour orientation, start.
