Looking for an experienced Primary Care or Family Practice NP
3+ years of Experience is required - applicants without this will not be considered
You would be joining a group with over 30 offices all over Long Island as well as in the Hudson Valley. All of the physicians and practitioners within this network pride themselves on the relationships they build between themselves and their patients. They are a non-profit, New York State licensed, federally qualified health center.

- Family Nurse Practitioner required
- Needs to be comfortable seeing all ages
- Spanish speaking strongly preferred
