Seeking a qualified Advanced Healthcare Practitioner to complement our hospitalist program. Hospitalist NP / PA

-Working collaboratively in a multi-specialty group of 200+ providers, you will be supported by outstanding staff and premier ancillary services in a progressive healthcare system located in the beautiful Finger Lakes Region of Upstate NY.

-Key aspects of the position include: responsibility for evaluating, diagnosing, managing health problems, collaborating with patients, families and providers and discharges including the patient interview, formal dictations, and plan of care. Following of patient with progress notes and writing of orders while inpatient and for discharge (including discharge prescriptions). Providing education to patients and families.

-Additional responsibilities may include consenting and preparing patients for radiology procedures and laboratory procedures.
