Full-time Perioperative Nurse Manager needed at a top facility in New Hampshire!

Under the guidance and direction of the CNO, the Perioperative Nurse Manager will provide nursing leadership for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care for surgical services. The right candidate will assume direct responsibility and 24 hour accountability for Same Day Surgery, Recovery Room, Operating Room, and Sterile Processing areas. Financial management responsibilities will include managing the departmental budget; monitoring expenses and coordinating effective use of supplies/equipment. The Nurse Manager sets the standards for the surgical services team and works with the staff ensuring standards are met. The ideal candidate will have experience in selecting and hiring qualified applicants, matching staff competency with patient acuity, promoting professional development of staff and other supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications include:
* BSN and/or MSN
* RN licensure in the state of New Hampshire
* Three to five years of relevant clinical experience
* Two to three years of leadership experience an asset
* ACLS, BLS, & PALS required upon hire
* Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) preferred; required within 18 months of hire
