Permanent NP Wound CareLocation: Troy, New YorkMomentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for a permanent Wound Care position in Troy, New York. This role provides the opportunity to deliver specialized care for patients with chronic or complex wounds, collaborating closely with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams.Key Responsibilities:Assess, diagnose, and manage patients with acute and chronic woundsDevelop and implement individualized wound care plans within NP scope of practicePerform wound care procedures, including debridement, dressing changes, and advanced therapiesEducate patients and caregivers on wound management, prevention, and self-careMaintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient careQualifications:Current Nurse Practitioner license in New York (or ability to obtain)Certification in Wound Care (WCC) preferredExperience in wound care or related clinical practiceStrong clinical judgment, procedural skills, and communication abilitiesCompensation & Benefits:Competitive salary with comprehensive benefits packageCME allowance and paid time offRelocation assistance availableSupportive work environment with professional growth opportunitiesTroy, New York, offers a welcoming community with rich history, cultural attractions, and access to outdoor recreational activities, providing an excellent work-life balance for healthcare professionals.
